Central Office Staff
Craig Allen is the Director of Housing & Residence Life at Texas Christian University. He earned his MA in Higher Education/Student Personnel from the University of Arizona and his BS in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Craig worked at Seton Hall University from 1995-2005, serving as Director of Housing and Residence Life from June 1998 to August 2005. Prior to that he was an Associate Director at Seton Hall from 1995-1998, and a Complex Coordinator at Syracuse University from 1993-1995. Craig is active in the Southwest Association of College and University Housing Officers (SWACUHO) most recently serving as co-chair for the 2014 SWACUHO Annual Conference. He was Vice President/President of the Mid-Atlantic Association of College and University Housing Officers (MACUHO) from 2003-2004, and is currently a member of the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International (ACUHO-I) Foundation Board.
Craig resides in Keller with his wife, Shannon, and three children, where he is a member of the KISD School Board. He enjoys golf, TCU football, Rangers baseball and travel.
Rachel Hopper is an Associate Director for Housing & Residence Life. Born and raised in the Midwest, Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in English, with an emphasis in public relations and journalism from Missouri Western State University. Upon graduation, she traveled for a year as a leadership consultant for her national sorority, Sigma Sigma Sigma. She then attended the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), where she earned her master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs.
Rachel joined the TCU community in June 2007 as a hall director before becoming the Associate Director. In her free time, Rachel volunteers with her church and the Junior League of Fort Worth.
Gwen Clymo is the Business Operations Analyst for Housing & Residence Life. Born and raised in Colorado, she moved to Texas after graduating from Troy State University in Alabama, with a B.S. in Psychology and minor in Business.
Gwen is a devoted mother to her daughter and loves doing anything from taking her fishing to having tea parties. She is very blessed to be a part of the Horned Frog family and is looking forward to setting down roots in this wonderful city.
David Cooper is an Associate Director of Housing & Residence Life at Texas Christian University. He earned his MA in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University and his BA in Education from Fairmont State University.
He has worked professionally at Davis & Elkins College, the University of Maryland, Kean University, Louisiana State University, Coca-Cola Enterprises and the University of Toledo. He currently serves the Southwest Association of College and Housing Officers (SWACUHO) as chair for the Time and Place Committee and a member of the 2016-17 Leadership Fort Worth Class.
He resides in Hudson Oaks with his wife, Domini, four children, two cats and two dogs.
Jason Titus is the Assistant Director for Housing and Residence Life. Born and raised in Missouri, Jason traveled north to Iowa to receive his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Graceland University. He then attended the University of the Pacific in California, where he earned his master’s degree in Educational Administration and Student Affairs.
Jason has worked professionally at the University of Richmond, Texas A&M University-Commerce, University of Texas at Arlington, and Texas Woman’s University.
He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Annie, and his son. He enjoys soccer, Kansas City sports, spending time with loved ones, and all things TCU! Go Frogs!!!
Miles earned a BA in Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma (GO BRONCHOS!!). He also earned his M. Ed. in Adult and Higher Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs at the University of Oklahoma (Boomer) where he worked as a graduate Hall Director.
Miles is passionate about challenging others to find their voice. He loves having the opportunity to help a student or coworker take on a challenge that leads to self-reflection and defining, redefining or strengthening personal morals and beliefs.
Miles spends as much time as he can with his wife, Jacey, who is a NICU nurse. They enjoy traveling and cooking together.
Mindy Hollan is the Associate Director of Housing and has worked in university housing since 1998. She previously worked at The University of Louisiana-Monroe and Vanderbilt University as the Assistant Director of Residence Life.
She has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Counseling and Guidance, both from Louisiana Tech University.(How ’bout them Dawgs?! GO TECH!)
In her free time, Mindy enjoys spending time with her friends, playing with her Maltese puppy (Miss Scarlett), and soaking up life in Fort Worth. She is a member of Watermark Community Church and loves meeting new friends and making connections around the metroplex. Although Mindy loves living in Fort Worth, she wishes Texas had more fall weather (and colors) and that it was closer to the white beaches of Destin, Florida, where she vacations every year.
If you walk into Mindy’s office, you will always hear music playing! Mindy loves TCU and has appreciated crossing paths with so many Horned Frogs!
She has a B.S. in psychology with an emphasis in leadership and a minor in communication from Texas Christian University. She is currently pursuing her Masters and anticipates graduating in May 2017. Born and raised in Kansas, she came to school in Fort Worth and chose to stay. However, she couldn’t be away from family long because she recruited her two younger sisters to join her as Horned Frogs!
In her free time, she is an active member at her church and she loves spending quality time with her new husband enjoying a Texas country concert. She is blessed to be living in such an amazing city, working for a life-changing university and being surrounded by southern hospitality.
John Hernandez is the Manager of Residential Housekeeping. He has worked at TCU since 2001. He has worked in a variety of capacities at TCU, serving the Physical Plant as an irrigation specialist for about six months, Residential Services as a Maintenance Specialist for about two-and-a-half years, before becoming assuming his current role.
John has been recognized as the Metropolitan “Who’s Who” of Top Executives and Professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Prior to TCU, John worked at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. While there, he was a student as well as a full-time employee.
John spends much of his time with his wife, Lauren; their son, Ty, and their two dogs, Bella and Max. John enjoys traveling and all sporting events.
Kathy Smith is the Coordinator of Information Systems. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from TCU, and has been on campus as either a student or staff member since 1976. Kathy has served on university committees and has been a member of Staff Assembly.
Prior to working in Housing & Residence Life, Kathy worked in the Music Library, Financial Services and Human Resources. Her other interests at TCU revolve Horned Frog football, the Horned Frog Band and TCU Ex-Bandsmen Association.
In her free time, she is an active member at her church and spends as much time as possible with her family and friends. Go Frogs!
Jennifer JeanBaptiste Rattliff is beginning her eleventh year as the Administrative Assistant of Housing & Residence Life. She is a native Louisianan and a product of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.
She loves supporting the Horned Frogs and is an avid New Orleans Saints football fan. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and devotes much of her time to service projects in her community.
Ken Burnham is a Maintenance Specialist and Assistant to Miles Oller in Housing & Residence Life. Ken was formerly with the Housekeeping Staff.
He attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He is married and has two children, two dogs, two cats, and two fish. Ken is a collector of vinyl records.

Christi Grudier is the Central Office Graduate Assistant and is earning an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership at TCU. She received her MA from Sam Houston State University in Higher Education Administration and a BS in Communication from Lamar University where she also worked as a Hall Director upon graduation.
